Stacey Fenwick

Whether racing down a ski hill, running her children to activities,  or leading the SOPA Square team, Stacey does everything with passion, focus and a smile.  She completed UBC’s Sauder School of Business part-time MBA program in April 2011. Her business acumen along with her strong vision for SOPA Square, will ensure retailers and residents at SOPA have the very best.  Born and raised in Kelowna, her love for the Okanagan and the beautiful environment inspires her to live well and play hard.  Stacey is committed to the community of SOPA Square to provide residents the only European-inspired urban lifestyle in the Okanagan.

Michele Wangler

There are two passions paramount in Michele’s life; people and property.  Whether getting together with friends for a barbeque, taking a weekend trip to visit family or visiting another country, she sees life as an adventure and embraces every moment wholeheartedly.  With her experience in legal, medical and communication fields, as well as formal training in Interior Design, Michele brings a strong skill set to her hobby in real estate, which has now become her calling.  She will ensure SOPA Square clients get what they want both inside and out.  Alberta born and BC raised, she has called Kelowna home for the past eight years with her two amazing boys.

Debi Ulansky
Debi is excited to be back at home in Kelowna and thrilled to be working with the team at SOPA Square. She has grown up in the building industry alongside her Dad, Matt Ulansky.  She has learned about the art of building the hard way, keeping the work site clean, pouring cement, helping with the framing and learning about finishing carpentry. Inspired by the creativeness in the building industry, she became a general contractor, shifting into interior decorating which lead her into her true passion of new home sales.  There she created a successful career in the new home market both in Calgary and Edmonton, achieving and winning many Industry wide awards. ” I love the new home industry, it is all about helping people see and visualize their dream, and showing them how to achieve it.”
