You can find out about our features at our discovery centre at 3013 Pandosy open from 12-4 daily. This comment I hope will be found by those considering purchasing at Sopa Square.
Let me first state that I am in no way connected to the project and therefore offer my unbiased opinion without influence.
Sopa Village is one of the best situated locations in Kelowna in that it provides easy access to down town Kelowna, local beaches, amenities, hospital, recreational facilities, and educational institutions. Sopa Square will be like placing a crown upon a village that almost was and now soon will be as it takes its new form with the influence of this new structure and community. I have lived in the area and visited often. I find it to be one of Kelowna’s most charming locations and one in which the village ideal is alive and well.
Best wishes to Sopa Square in moving forward with development. May breaking ground bring you the best of tradesman and may the quality of construction be all that will be expected of you.
